Paperify Privacy Policy

Paperify processes account details, learning activity, submitted projects, generated papers, payment references, and support messages to provide and secure the service.
Providers
Authentication, database, AI, email, hosting, and payment providers process only the information needed for their services. Payment card or wallet credentials are handled by the payment provider and should not be stored by Paperify.
Retention and choices
Records are retained while needed to operate accounts, verify certificates, prevent abuse, meet payment obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact page. Some payment, security, or certificate records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
Public certificates
Public verification displays only limited certificate and approved project information. It does not publish student email addresses or internal student identifiers.
Children
Students who are not old enough to consent under applicable law should use Paperify with a parent, guardian, or authorized school.
